TROPICS TRENDY is the new 'Smart Projects' business born over the many years of experience and projects realised under GH SOLUTIONS 'Smart Tropical Design' project management for building, which was founded and operated in Vanuatu by business owner Francesca Grillo since 2009.

 

FRANCESCA GRILLO has 5 years high school in interior design and timber work, a Bachelor of Law and she is a real estate agent. She has been in the building industry most of her life,

including renovations of Italian Villas, building and renovation in Australia and now in Vanuatu

where she has already designed and managed 9 building projects over 7 years.
